In January 2015 IET have BS7671 Wiring Regulations to Amendment 3 and from July 2015 all electrical installations have had to Amendment 3. Electacourse Exam Centres
If you choose to take the 17th Edition exam (City & Guilds 2382-15) with Electacourse, we have partner exam centres in London (Hanger Lane and Isleworth), M25 (Watford), Manchester, Stockport (Teesside), Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow (Motherwell), Birmingham, Gloucester, Leicester, Nottingham, Bradford, Hull and Brigg. All exam centres are fully accredited by City & Guilds. When you pass your exam you will receive your 17th Edition qualification certificate within about two weeks of passing the exam. For most of our partner exam centres the cost is £130, a few cost a bit more.
The 17th Edition exam C&G 2382-15 is an open book exam, this means you can take into the exam room with you a copy of BS7671 Wiring Regulations (Yellow Book – Amendment 3). Electacourse recommend you buy the book from Amazon, it is the cheapest.
Remember, do not make any pencil marks or notes in the Wiring Regulations, they are not allowed in the exam. You can put Post-It notes in the book. Remember to take a calculator with you into the exam – you cannot use your phone as a calculator.
