Once you have submitted this form our exam partner will call you to fix the details of your exam. On exam days the exam@home is offered at 8:00, 11:30 and 16:00. If there is no availability on the time or date you have requested, we will speak with you and get you into a spot that works for you.
Once you have agreed the exam date, you will receive an email containing a link from the City & Guilds technical team. Watch out for this email 3 or 4 days before the exam.

It is a requirement you click on the link. This link will enable you and C&G to check your technology is suitable for the exam and that it is working.
Regrettably if you do not click on the link no less than 2 working days before the exam and that on the exam day it turns out your technology does not meet the requirement such that you cannot take the exam on the booked day, we will have to charge you for an exam resit.
Once you have agreed to the arrangements in the follow-up phone call we are unable to change the exam date and time. The exam will have been registered with City & Guilds. C&G do not offer refunds on no-shows or date changes.
