Electacourse terms and conditions put responsibility on customers to check they are purchasing the product they intend to purchase. We appreciate that sometimes customers order the incorrect product. Electacourse will consider providing a replacement, however we require that the following form is completed.

We have had to introduce this process, we have experienced unscrupulous traders purchasing our material, copying and reselling. We have had to pursue action against such traders.
