Shipping, returns and refunds

Note: this shipping, returns and refunds information is retained here as legacy information and is information which applied at the time customers were able to order CDs. Electacourse no longer supply products on CD. All issues with respect to our current terms and conditions relating to online, download and subscription products can be found elsewhere on this website.

When will my Back-up CD be dispatched?

We try to send all Back-up CDs within one working day of an order being placed. Back-up CDs are packaged in single CD jewel cases with full colour inserts. Dispatch envelopes are stiff card with pull-open tab – rather like Amazon’s single book packaging.

When will it arrive?

For UK customers we send Back-up CDs by Royal Mail first class. For all other customers Back-up CDs are sent by Royal Mail Airsure airmail.

On average for UK customers, your orders should be with you between 1–3 days after dispatch. For European and other customers, orders should be with you between 5–10 days after dispatch.

What if my Back-up CD gets lost?

Packages sometimes do go astray in the UK and world postal systems. If after 28 days since ordering you haven’t received your Back-up CD, please contact us and we will investigate and do our best to ensure you receive your Back-up CD as soon afterwards as possible.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

Electacourse are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on downloaded products – this includes files downloaded which may have been copied to a Back-up CD.

For Back-up CDs, we offer a 30-day returns guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the £12 you have paid for the Back-up CD. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

If the item was damaged in transit or if the item is faulty contact us using the contact details on this site and you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.

As soon as you find out we’ve sent you an incorrect item, contact using the contact details on this site and we’ll send you the correct item as soon as we can at no extra charge.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
