How it Works

When you subscribe to one of the options above, you are not initially subscribed to any courses. As a new subscriber you are then able to visit the Microsoft 365 Training website and choose the courses you wish to enrol on to suit your needs.

You can re-visit the website as often as you like to choose new courses and continue courses you may have already started.

You can search for and discover as many courses as your subscription allows.

Choosing a Course

To choose your course, you can log in to the website by entering your subscription number which we will provide you with. Once logged in, you can search for and choose your courses and ‘Add them to your Subscription’.

You can search or browse for relevant courses or even choose from the ‘Hot Products’ list of the most popular courses.

Choosing a Hot Product

When you first log in, you will see a list of the Top 5 courses at that time. This list is updated on a weekly basis and shows the most popular courses chosen by subscribers.

You may find one or more of these courses are exactly what you are looking for and you can simply add them to your basket to start studying.

Searching for a Course

The Hot Products are just suggestions based on popularity and you are free to choose any of the courses from within your subscription.

You can search for courses quickly and easily by using the in-built search engine. Search by keyword or phrase and sort by popularity, subject, user level or language to make your choice easier.

Browse and Choose

The in-built Browse feature allows you to browse every course that is available to you.

Select an area of interest which to browse and choose from the list available sorted in alphabetical order or by best selling.

Get the Info

Click on the title of any available course and you’ll be taken to a web page which gives a full explanation of the course.

Here you will find a full description of the course and course content, the length of the course, the user level and lots more useful information.

You can also enrol on the courses right on the page.

Enrolling on a Course

Once you’ve browsed the available courses and added them to your basket, you can then ‘review basket’ to view the courses you have chosen. Here you can add, delete and update courses and when happy with your choices, you can ‘complete enrolment’.

Once enrolled, you will receive an email which provides you with your login details to enable you to continue the course in the future.

Starting your Course

To start your course, or continue one you’ve already started, simply log back in to the Microsoft Training 365 website with your login details.

Once logged in you will be presented with the Learning Management System (LMS) where you will view all the courses that you have enrolled on.

To start a course, or continue a course started previously, simply click on the course title.

You can also remove any course you wish to withdraw from, off the learning system.

This can be done by clicking the information icon next to the course title and then clicking the ‘Withdraw Enrolment’ button.
